Circling left and right with a punch to finish (Hook or Cross).

Stepping off left and right 90 degrees and 45 degrees with punch and kick follow up.

KICKING

To the leg or body:

One step front kick

One step round kick

One step side kick

Follow ups to the one step kicks

To the leg or body:

Rear leg round kick

Spinning side kick

Spinning hook kick

Any three count punching combination in between any of the above kicking combinations.
